On April 14, 2012, Worley was honored by the Iowa Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve at a luncheon in Des Moines, IA as a recipient of the “Above and Beyond” award. “It was a very humbling experience to receive this award and for Worley to be appreciated at this level”, stated Blaine.
The “Above and Beyond” award is given in limited numbers annually to recognize employers who have exceeded the requirements of the law and provided support to their employees who serve in the military. Recipients are selected based on their level of support described in a nomination narrative. Worley was nominated for the award by Steven Russell.
